Submitting Pictures of Inventory
Every vendor advertising on InStockVendors.com must prove to us they carry stock by submitting pictures of their building and warehouse.

All pictures will be used by InStockVendors.com solely for the purpose of certifying you as a vendor, and will not be sent, sold, or used in any other way to any outside source.

How to become a registered vendor
After you fill in the sign up form we will ask for the following:

• Pictures of your building and warehouse and an email of your inventory database (Excel, CSV, text, HTML, etc.)
• Once you are a registered vendor, you should upload your inventory at least every 3 days. The inventory database for each vendor is on a 72 hour clock, and if your inventory is not updated within a 72 hour period, it will be purged from the system until the next time you upload. This is to ensure that each registered vendor's inventory database is as current and accurate as possible.
